Star wars: the Clone Wars board game (Fanmade by me)

Hi!

Today I'm proud to announce that I'm creating a prequel expansion to Star Wars Rebellion. You can read about Star Wars Rebellion here. The expansion's current working name is Star Wars: The Clone Wars board game. Just stressing something; Disney, Lucasfilm, and FFG endorse this game in no way. I've started work on the leaders, with many of their first iterations ready. I will be playtesting this game using Vassal, there will be a sign-up form soon.

There will be two ways to create your copy:

1.  You will require Star Wars: Rebellion to make this version, you are essentially covering all the Rebellion pieces with printed pieces of paper.
2. Alternatively, you could use a game printer to print your cards.

The army figures are a bit more difficult, again, there are multiple solutions:

1. If you have a 3D printer, you can just print the figures. I will provide the files at the correct scale, however 3D printing can take a long time.
2. Order off Shapeways. I will create a model you can order off Shapeways, which will provide you with enough figures to play. This is cheaper than buying a whole 3D printer, so is probably the best option
3. Use standees. I will also provide PNG & SVG files depicting the armies of the Separatists and the Republic, you could use these instead of figures. They won't look as good though.

Of course, you could also just play using the Vassal module I create or use it to see if you like the game.
